Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving growth and profitability for the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and other lead generation strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their technical/training needs and provide them with tailored solutions
- Collaborate with the head of departments to understand the technical requirement for existing team/employees
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and drive revenue growth
- Conduct presentations and negotiations with potential clients to secure new business
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance and business development activities to the management team
- Continuously work towards enhancing the company's brand and reputation in the market
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, preferably in the technical product sales or technical solutions
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently
- Knowledge of the current market trends and recruitment practices
