About the job Agile Coach
Responsibilities
Ensure the right approach and outcomes for the respective initiatives under the assigned Strategic Programme Director (SPD)/Initiative Owner (IO)
Design and develop Agile processes and practices for Agile adoption across the financial institution
Work with Agile Leads and squad members to identify gaps in Agile delivery, and facilitate improvement
Implement Agile metrics for driving data driven decision making and demonstrating impact of coaching and transformation efforts
Develop hands-on workshops and brown-bags for Agile themes
Facilitate X transformation of organizational functions to enable the adoption of Agile processes and practices by the Strategic Programme squad
Main contact point for X Programme Management
Plan resources
Review progress, resolve issues, escalate as needed
Facilitate Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Sprint Retros, Daily Scrums.
Helping the team progress on the project by ensuring each person is working on the right tasks, helping to remove any obstacles to the team members progress, and protecting the team from distractions
Mediate issues within the team. A Peace-Keeper function
