Job Responsibilities:
1. Digital Marketing:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive website traffic, and generate leads.
- Create engaging content for digital channels, including social media, email campaigns, blogs, and website updates.
- Manage social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and performance analysis.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for search engines (SEO) to improve organic search rankings and visibility.
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and engagement, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
2. Event Coordination:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of events, including corporate meetings, conferences, workshops, product launches, and networking events.
- Manage all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, budget management, and onsite coordination.
- Develop event timelines, run-of-show scripts, and event materials (e.g., agendas, presentations, signage) to ensure smooth execution.
- Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, sponsors, and partners to deliver high-quality and memorable event experiences.
- Evaluate the success of events through post-event surveys, feedback analysis, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform future event planning efforts.
3. Integrated Marketing Campaigns:
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns that leverage both digital channels and events to achieve marketing objectives and drive business results.
- Coordinate promotional activities across digital platforms and event channels to maximize reach, engagement, and conversion opportunities.
- Develop creative and innovative marketing initiatives that integrate digital marketing tactics with event strategies to create cohesive brand experiences.
- Work closely with senior management to develop and execute marketing and event strategies.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 3 to 5 years of working experience in digital marketing and/or event management (B2B experience is an advantage).
- Proven experience planning, coordinating, and hosting corporate events such as workshops, conferences, or product launches.
- Hands-on experience in social media management, content creation, and campaign execution.
- Practical knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva or equivalent design platforms.
- Understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, email marketing platforms and digital performance metrics.
- Ability to develop creative ideas and turn them into actionable marketing and event plans.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; presentation skills are a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to work independently, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Comfortable working across teams, stakeholders, vendors and external partners.
