About the job Senior Business Analyst
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for communicating, coordinating, requirements gathering, and define business analysis requirements from the partners/clients.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Specification Documents (FS).
- Perform quality assurance, testing, verifications, validations, and recommend new enhancements to improve IT processes.
- Provide progress reporting and manage change requirements (CR) in a timely and structured manner, communicating to stakeholders for review and approval.
- Any other tasks assigned by the Management as and when required.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of working experience as a Business Analyst.
- Working experience in the Insurance domain is mandatory.
- Preferably with exposure to Life/Asia.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and self-motivated.
- Possess at least an Advanced Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
