About the job Senior Business Analyst

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for communicating, coordinating, requirements gathering, and define business analysis requirements from the partners/clients.
  • Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Specification Documents (FS).
  • Perform quality assurance, testing, verifications, validations, and recommend new enhancements to improve IT processes.
  • Provide progress reporting and manage change requirements (CR) in a timely and structured manner, communicating to stakeholders for review and approval.
  • Any other tasks assigned by the Management as and when required.



Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of working experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Working experience in the Insurance domain is mandatory.
  • Preferably with exposure to Life/Asia.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and self-motivated.
  • Possess at least an Advanced Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
