Project Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Gather and manage project requirements and change requests. Convert requirements and feature requests into detailed project briefs and technical documentation.
  
• Collaborate with the development team to perform project planning, estimate effort, and develop detailed project plans.
  
• Manage the entire project lifecycle to ensure timelines are met and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  
• Ensure all projects are delivered with high quality, within scope, and budget.
  
• Communicate and manage expectations with clients, suppliers, the development team, and internal business stakeholders.
  
• Conduct market research to determine feature priorities and gather continuous feedback from the sales and business development teams.
  
• Conduct testing on developed systems to ensure functionality and quality.
  
• Design, plan, and implement appropriate software development methodologies and frameworks to streamline the development process.
  
  
  

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in project management within the software development domain.
  
•  Solid technical foundation in software development.
  
• Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  
• Experience in the Web3 and blockchain ecosystem is a plus.
  
• Having a proven track record in managing internal product development as a Project Manager is an added advantage.
