Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the Service Delivery Manager in tracking daily team activities and deliverables.
  • Monitor and ensure team compliance with SOPs and internal workflows.
  • Maintain and update documentation related to operational processes and service delivery.
  • Coordinate team scheduling, leave planning, and task handovers.
  • Prepare internal reports and summaries on task progress and process adherence.
  • Follow up with team members on assigned responsibilities and send timely reminders.
  • Act as the teams primary contact for administrative and non-technical coordination matters.
  • Assist in organizing internal briefings, follow-ups, and managing escalations as needed.
    

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative support, coordination, or operations
  • Strong organizational and task management skills
  • High attention to detail, particularly in documentation and reporting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Clear and confident communication in English (both written and spoken)
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
