Job Responsibilities:

  • Expose and assist to managing the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
  • Support consultants in researching and identifying potential clients and business opportunities.
  • Use various platforms (job boards, LinkedIn, social media, databases) to attract and engage candidates.
  • Conduct preliminary candidate assessments and maintain an organized candidate database.
  • Assist in preparing job descriptions, interview notes, and recruitment reports.
  • Learn to communicate effectively with clients and candidates, providing timely updates and professional support.
  • Collaborate with team members on recruitment projects and contribute creative ideas to improve hiring strategies.

Job Requirements:

  • Open to students in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or any related field.
  • Strong interest in recruitment, consulting, or human resources.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
