Role Overview:
We are looking for a Technical Engineer to support Microsoft 365 and Active Directory
operations across multiple customers. This role focuses mainly on identity, access, user
provisioning, and general M365 administration. Experience with SCCM/Intune is not required
but will be considered an advantage.

Job Responsibilities:

1) Microsoft 365 Support:

  • Perform user administration tasks such as account creation, profile updates, licensing assignment, and mailbox support.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to Exchange Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint Online.

2) Active Directory / Entra ID:

  • Manage user accounts, groups, password resets, and access permissions across on-prem Active Directory and Azure AD.
  • Execute routine AD maintenance activities including OU updates and group membership changes.

3) General IT Support:

  • Respond to support tickets related to M365, Active Directory, and identity/access issues.
  • Conduct basic troubleshooting and escalate complex issues to senior engineers when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely ticket updates.

4) Additional Advantages (Nice to Have):

  • Exposure to Intune, SCCM, or other Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms.
  • Basic PowerShell scripting knowledge.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Good understanding of Microsoft 365 services (Exchange, Teams, OneDrive,
    SharePoint).
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of Active Directory & Azure AD.
  • Ability to troubleshoot user access and authentication issues.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-handling skills.
  • Able to work independently with guidance when needed.


Experience Requirements:

  • 1~3 years experience in IT support, helpdesk, or M365/AD operations.
  • Candidates with hands-on experience in M365 and AD environments are preferred.
  • Intune/SCCM experience is a plus, not a requirement.
