Project Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and oversee the overall execution of projects from start to completion.
• Manage project schedules, costs, and budgets to ensure projects are delivered according to plan.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers throughout the project.
• Manage and monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and other site resources.
• Monitor project progress and coordinate the resolution of site and project related issues.
• Ensure all project works comply with required quality and safety standards.
• Conduct progress meetings and prepare regular project reports and updates.
• Coordinate project completion, testing, and handover to ensure timely delivery.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project management or project execution.
• Experience in managing site activities and coordinating with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Strong project coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage project schedules, resources, and site activities effectively.
• Experience in HVAC projects or structural installation projects is preferred.
• Willing to travel or work on-site when required.
