Job Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate and lead Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and other Scrum-related meetings to ensure effective team communication and collaboration.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners, stakeholders, and senior management to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business goals.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive system documentation such as functional specifications, user stories, and user manuals.
  • Serve as a key liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding, alignment, and timely communication of project objectives and milestones.
  • Coordinate with development teams to support and conduct User Acceptance 
  • Testing (UAT), ensuring solutions meet business requirements.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to confirm delivery timelines and follow up on system implementation progress.
  • Support the Team Lead or Project Manager in building and maintaining business domain knowledge, including managing knowledge repositories and onboarding/training new team members.
  • Translate client and business requirements into detailed documentation and actionable tasks for development teams. Develop project plans, timelines, and work breakdown structures to ensure timely delivery.
  • Monitor project progress, identify and manage risks, resolve issues, and propose effective solutions to ensure projects are delivered within scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Utilize Jira for backlog management, task tracking, sprint planning, and prioritization of development activities.
  • Conduct requirement analysis, feasibility studies, and cost-benefit assessments as part of business analysis responsibilities.
  • Promote a collaborative team environment and drive continuous improvement by introducing innovative tools, practices, and methodologies in project and delivery processes.


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree or higher in Information Technology or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in application development, working in a System Analyst (SA) or Business Analyst (BA) role.
  • Strong ability to identify, analyze, and define business requirements across multiple scenarios to uncover root business problems, and validate solutions with business users and stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to clearly articulate and communicate requirements and business scenarios to both technical and non-technical audiences.
