Job Responsibilities:

JIRA Administration

  • Configure and maintain JIRA projects, boards, workflows, permissions, and schemes.
  • Create and manage custom fields, screens, and automation rules aligned with business needs.

Confluence Administration

  • Set up and manage Confluence spaces, templates, and permissions.
  • Ensure seamless integration between JIRA and Confluence to support effective collaboration.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Build and generate customized JIRA dashboards and reports.
  • Develop Confluence-based reporting pages for project and governance visibility.
  • Recommend improvements to optimize tool usage and reporting workflows.

Documentation & Training

  • Create clear, user-friendly documentation, templates, and training materials.
  • Conduct workshops, onboarding sessions, and training for JIRA and Confluence users.

Continuous Improvement

  • Stay updated on the latest Atlassian product features and apply relevant updates.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and workflow optimization.
  • Provide guidance on best practices for maximizing tool efficiency.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 3~5 years of hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence administration.
  • Strong understanding of JIRA workflows, schemes, boards, and automation features.
  • Expertise in managing and structuring Confluence spaces and documentation.
  • Experience working with JIRA Cloud environments.
  • Strong ability to create clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice-to-Have

  • Atlassian certifications (ACP-600, ACP-120, ACP-400).
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and ITIL processes.
