Job Responsibilities:

Provide maintenance and operational support for all DBMS/RDBMS platforms used by the Tech COE team, including but not limited to:

  • Database release management.
  • Database uptime and performance monitoring.
  • Database optimization and tuning.
  • Database security, user access control, and permission management.
  • Troubleshooting, incident handling, and root cause analysis.
  • Backup, recovery, and archival management.

Perform hands-on technical and advisory work related to system integration and database initiatives, including:

  • User requirements analysis and solution design.
  • Backend development using C#.NET for Web Services and Windows Services.
  • Database design, configuration, and implementation.
  • SQL development, including stored procedures and performance tuning.
  • Database system upgrades and data migration projects.
  • ETL processes (Extract, Transform, Load).
  • Database integrations using tools such as SSIS.
  • Test data preparation and management.


  • Collaborate with internal development teams to design and build in-house software solutions.
  • Work with external vendors to deploy, integrate, and support third-party software applications.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation while adhering to DevOps best practices.
  • Evaluate, explore, and test new DBMS versions and technologies beyond Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Perform database capacity planning, licensing assessments, and cost estimations.


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in software development and system integration.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft SQL Server, both on-premises and in Azure Cloud environments.
  • Solid experience with MSSQL technologies, including SSIS, SSAS, T-SQL, and data warehousing concepts.
  • In-depth understanding of RDBMS principles and advanced SQL scripting (joins, subqueries, indexes, views, stored procedures, etc.).
  • Proven experience developing and integrating web services, Windows services, and API platforms.
