IBM BAW/ODM Developer

Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze business needs and translate them into design, development, testing, deployment, and support of applications.
  
• Maintain and support applications in accordance with the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
  
• Deliver application enhancements and solutions that comply with internal IT policies and procedures.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve new or complex issues that may impact application performance or functionality.
  
• Participate in team discussions to share technical knowledge and support collaborative problem-solving.
• Work effectively across different functions and in a culturally diverse environment.
  
  

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines.
  
• 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in analysis, design, coding, and implementation of complex applications using IBM Workflows/BPM/BAW v20.x.
  
• Strong experience in developing solutions using IBM ODM/Rule Designer (v8.10.x), including Rule Execution Server, Decision Center, Action/Rule Sets.
  
• Solid understanding of BOM/XOM, decision tables, technical rules, and rule flows.
  
• Knowledge of Process Admin, IBM WebSphere (WAS), Java scripting, RDBMS, SQL, and API/REST programming.
  
• Additional skills in IBM MQ, Java/Java EE, Shell Script, Batch Script, and Git are advantageous.
  
• Experience working in Agile software development environments.
  
• Experience in IBM ECM (Enterprise Content Manager), CI/CD knowledge, Dockers, Kubernetes, Azure Cloud is an advantage.
