Job Description

PRODUCT STRATEGY AND MANAGEMENT

  • Assist in implementing digital marketing strategy
  • Develop and validate short- and long-range planning (LRP) and forecasting models for the product portfolio
  • Achieve targets for sales, profit contribution and market penetration for the product portfolio
  • Drive implementation of appropriate market research and analysis to optimize outcomes for the product portfolio
  • Develop, implement and drive growth strategies for key market segments
  • Develop and execute product positioning strategies to optimize revenue, market share, and profitability
  • Work closely with the sales team and with the Marketing Manager to collaborate and execute strategies
  • Developing and designing of marketing materials

MARKETING EVENTS

  • Plan and organize marketing events and activities aligned with the marketing plans, such as but not limit to exhibition, conference, presentations, and so forth
  • Manage marketing Advertising & Promotion (A&P budget)
  • Evaluate marketing campaigns with relevant reports and/ or return of investment (ROI)

TRAINING

  • Conduct training in product knowledge for new hires
  • Propose and coordinate for medical training (liaise with the trainer, prepare training materials) to ensure the Business & Clinical teams competency
  • Manage training materials development and production to conduct product training and updates in effectively positioning the Business & Clinical team for success
  • Educate Business & Clinical team on the marketing materials utilization

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing
  • Working experience in medical sales (pharma, medical device)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales / marketing team
  • Supportive & down-to-earth (i.e., willing to get hands dirty)
  • Innovative, Proactive and resourceful (dynamic: A blend of coaching & hands-on)
  • Driven (Strive for betterment)
