This entry-level position is ideal for someone with a passion for languages and strong communication skills, even if they lack formal translation experience. The Voice Call Translator will facilitate real-time communication between parties who speak different languages, ensuring clear and accurate exchanges during voice calls.

Real-Time Translation:

• Translate spoken language during voice calls between clients and service providers in a clear and accurate manner.
  • Ensure that both parties fully understand the conversation, conveying the meaning, tone, and context accurately.         

Customer Interaction:

• Provide courteous and professional language support to clients and customers over the phone.
• Address any language barriers that may arise, ensuring smooth and effective communication.
