Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Specialist who is fluent in Arabic , Korean or Indonesian to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in Arabic/Indonesian/Korean and English.
- Provide support on product features and resolving technical or service issues.
- Accurately document customer interactions and follow up on any pending cases.
- Collaborate with internal teams (technical, operations) to resolve customer issues.
- Ensure timely response and resolution within SLA (Service Level Agreements).
- Escalate complex cases to appropriate departments when necessary.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for customer service processes
Requirements:
- Language Proficiency: Native or fluent in Arabic or Indonesian and a strong command of English.
- Experience: At least 1 year of customer service support experience, preferably in a BPO or similar environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.
- Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
