Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Specialist who is fluent in Arabic , Korean or Indonesian to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in Arabic/Indonesian/Korean and English.
  • Provide support on product features and resolving technical or service issues.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and follow up on any pending cases.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (technical, operations) to resolve customer issues.
  • Ensure timely response and resolution within SLA (Service Level Agreements).
  • Escalate complex cases to appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for customer service processes


Requirements:

  • Language Proficiency: Native or fluent in Arabic or Indonesian and a strong command of English.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of customer service support experience, preferably in a BPO or similar environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
