Job Summary:

The Area Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple outlets within a designated area or region. This role involves managing daily operations, ensuring consistent quality and customer satisfaction, driving sales growth, and implementing company policies across all locations. The Area Manager will work closely with outlet manager to achieve business objectives and maintain high operational standards.


Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple outlets within the assigned area.
  • Ensure all locations adhere to company policies, health and safety regulations, and operational standards.
  • Conduct regular visits to outlets to monitor performance, provide guidance, and ensure compliance with brand standards.

Sales and Financial Performance:

  • Drive sales growth by implementing strategies to increase revenue and profitability across all outlets.
  • Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and expense management, to achieve financial targets.
  • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

Inventory and Supply Chain Management:

  • Oversee inventory management, including ordering, stock control, and minimizing waste.
  • Work with suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of quality products and negotiate favorable terms.
  • Ensure all outlets maintain adequate stock levels and minimize disruptions to service.

Quality Control:

  • Ensure all food and beverage products meet quality and presentation standards.
  • Conduct regular audits of food safety, cleanliness, and hygiene practices to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Implement corrective actions to address any issues related to product quality or service standards.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the industry, with multi-outlet management experience preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and cost control.
    • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
    • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
