Position Overview

  • Responsible to spearhead various data-driven projects, Market research & Intelligence strategies for various business function.
  • Engage in providing insights using PESTLE analysis.
  • Lead a team of Data Analysts, Data Management specialists, and
  • Automotive Market Intelligence experts towards a performance and results-oriented culture.
  • Define the vision and goals, formulate both short and long-term plans, evaluate the budget and cost-value comparison as well as identification and mitigation of business risks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the adoption of best-in-class processes and techniques for statistical analysis and modeling, and lead the rollout of Big Data capabilities, consumer initiatives, analytic frameworks, and best practices within the company.
  • Guide and provide direction to the team toward Digitalization and Data Intelligence.
  • Make appropriate decisions, utilizing available resources, to achieve positive outcomes.
  • Drive brand awareness, enhance profitability, and achieve marketing objectives through market intelligence and a data-oriented approach.
    Provide actionable recommendations and appropriate insights to internal users to support decision-making.
  • Be responsible for planning and delivering strategies across the company to encourage customer retention and loyalty.
  • Respond to urgent, impromptu, and unplanned situations by assessing their level of importance, taking appropriate action, and managing information effectively.
  • Formulate, suggest, and manage data-driven projects aligned with the business's interests.
  • Monitor performance, set KPIs for subordinates, and provide them with practical guidance as needed.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned or as the situation dictates.
