The position is available for full time only and is based in our client showroom office in the heart of the fashion wholesale industry, conveniently located 3 minute walk from Central Station.

About the role:

  • Lead and motivate the company's sales team, provide support, training and guidance to each of your directs, prioritise creating a supportive work environment that encourages communication and teamwork
  • Weekly one on one meetings with each team member within the sales department to ensure clear alignment of goals and objectives
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand customer bases in local and international markets
  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to drive growth and business expansion
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with regular buyers and business owners from existing database of E-commerce and physical store retailers
  • Providing exceptional face to face customer service in the showroom and through other various platforms, selling full range of styles to B2B clientele
  • Maximising sales with excellent product knowledge and upselling
  • Achieving set weekly/monthly KPIs individually and as a team
  • Provide strategic direction to sales team by outlining short term and long term goals that align with execution of yearly sales plan

  • Demonstrate great organisation, planning and time management skills

You are required to have at least 3-5 years of customer service/account management experience and at least 1 year of leadership or managerial experience.
