Business Analyst (Sustainable Logistics)

Our client is currently seeking for an expertise with experience in review, analyse and evaluate business systems and user needs. Document requirements, define scope and objectives and formulate systems to parallel overall business strategies.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Determine operational objectives by studying business functions, gathering information, evaluating output requirements and formats Construct workflow charts and diagrams, studying system capabilities and writing specifications
  
• Improve systems by studying current practices and designing modifications
  
• Recommend controls by identifying problems and writing improved procedures
• Ensure timely project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, publishing progress reports and recommending actions
• Maintain user confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential
• Serve as point-of-contact between business and IT for reporting and data systems issues
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed Conduct and coordinate financial, product, market, operational and related research to support strategic and business planning within Life Line Lab
• Understand and communicate the financial and operational impact of any changes
• Suggest changes to senior management using analytics to support your recommendations. Actively participate in the implementation of approved changes
• Conduct major sessions within project such as User Acceptance Test and Training

Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
• Familiarity with Blockchain Technologies, Open-Source Projects/Databases is an added advantage
• Ability to document and present complex information concerning IT projects and solutions to business stakeholders
• Excellent document writing skills (e.g. functional specifications, business process design documents)
• Detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive
• Ability to work independently and with others
• Extremely organized with strong time-management skills
