The position is available for full time only at their showroom office in the heart of the fashion wholesale industry, with parking spot available and convenient transport options nearby.

About the role
- Managing customer accounts and building relationships with regular buyers from existing database of online and physical store retailers/shop owners
- Providing excellent customer service in the showroom and online channels, selling full range of styles to B2B clientele
- Maximising sales with excellent product knowledge and upselling
- Sending personalised text and email recommendations
- Responding to emails and answering phone calls, following up on orders
- Processing orders and creating invoices
- Providing feedback to management and design teams on stock levels, bestsellers and customer feedback
- Merchandising the showroom and front window mannequin displays
- Achieving set weekly/monthly KPIs
Requirements
- Passionate about delivering high standard in customer service
- Possesses excellent communication and people skills
- Has the ability to build strong, long-term relationships with customers
- Ability to multi task and be an all-rounder
- Proven sales experience
- Be self- motivated and able to work independently
- Demonstrate great organisation, planning and time management skills
- Strong work ethic and positive can-do attitude
You are required to have at least 2 year of customer service/sales experience.
