RF Optimization Engineer

Our client are hiring a RF Optimization Engineer to support telco company projects in Malaysia. The role requires strong analytical skills to optimize parameters, improve network KPIs, and ensure high-quality service.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform RF optimization and parameter tuning for telco company sites.
2. Analyze drive test data and provide recommendations for improvement.
3. Troubleshoot RF issues and propose optimization solutions.
4. Work with DTE/DTA teams to achieve KPI targets.
5. Document and report optimization activities.

Requirements:

1. Bachelors degree in Telecommunications, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or equivalent.
2. Minimum 3 years of RF optimization experience (Huawei preferred).
3. Solid understanding of 2G/3G/4G/5G technologies.
4. Hands-on experience with Genex and Nemo tools.
5. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
