Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic and results driven Sales & Business Development Executive to drive client acquisition, revenue growth, and market expansion across all our service verticals.

This is not a transactional sales role it is a consultative, partnership-focused position, where you will engage senior decision-makers, understand complex workforce needs, and deliver integrated HR and talent solutions.

You will have the opportunity to promote and sell our full suite of HR services, including:

  • Immigration & Mobility
  • Employer of Record (EoR) & Workforce Management
  • Recruitment & Executive Search
  • HR Consultancy & Advisory

This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, commercially astute, and passionate about building long term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, generate, and qualify new business opportunities across multiple industries and service lines.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Manage the full consultative sales cycle from prospecting and pitching through to negotiation and closure.
  • Engage and build strong relationships with C suite leaders, HR Directors, Business Owners, and key stakeholders.
  • Understand client culture, structure, and objectives to recommend tailored HR solutions.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and solution presentations aligned to client requirements.
  • Manage prospect engagement activities to progress opportunities through the sales pipeline
  • Work collaboratively with marketing, recruitment, and service delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Conduct market research and monitor trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipelines, records, and performance reports for management review.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years experience in Sales, Business Development, or Client Acquisition
  • (preferably within HR services, recruitment, outsourcing, or professional services).
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to understand complex client needs.
  • Experience engaging corporate and senior level stakeholders is an advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.
