As an experienced Executive, Talent Acquisition & Relations, you will partner with business leaders to attract and onboard key talent across all departments. Additionally, this role will support cross-team initiatives that aim to create great hiring manager and candidate experiences

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Partner with TA Lead to support current hiring requirements with specific focus on niche & business critical skill areas.
  • Support the TA lead in the end-to-end recruitment cycle for retail and Head Office (HO) hiring to accelerate our recruitment efforts throughout the whole candidate lifecycle.
  • Develop engaging relationships with hiring managers and provide support from end-to-end hiring funnel.
  • Manage Corporate Social Platform i.e., LinkedIn as part of Employers Branding effort on weekly content and maintaining Applicant Tracking System / Career Page as alternative tools for internal recruitment system.
  • Drive Recruitment effort i.e., Career Talk, Career Fair, related content creation.
  • Responsible for managing employee relations, including handling grievances, disciplinary issues, consultations, counselling, and offboarding.

Job Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of working experiences, preferably in Retail/FMCG industry.
  • Energetic, pro-active with a high sense of initiative, and high ability to work independently, deal with multiple tasks, tight timelines, and prioritisation.
  • Required to travel to stores across SEA when needed.
  • Practical in-depth knowledge of talent acquisition and strong level of communication, verbally and written.
