Job Description:
- To supervise the overall customer service on their daily job functions.
- To coordinate and to interact with all parties namely the Customers, Suppliers, Vendors and warehouse operations.
- To accept any job responsibilities that may be assigned by the management from time to time.
- To interact with internal team on any new customer requirement and coordinate the implementation with the operations.
Requirements:
- SPM/STPM or Basic Degree.
- Certification in Basic Supervision.
- Able to speak and written in English.
- Able to speak and write in Mandarin for Customer Service dealing with customers in Mandarin spoken countries).
- Computer literate (Microsoft and Excel)
