Job Description:

  • To supervise the overall customer service on their daily job functions.
  • To coordinate and to interact with all parties namely the Customers, Suppliers, Vendors and warehouse operations.
  • To accept any job responsibilities that may be assigned by the management from time to time.
  • To interact with internal team on any new customer requirement and coordinate the implementation with the operations.

Requirements:

  • SPM/STPM or Basic Degree.
  • Certification in Basic Supervision.
  • Able to speak and written in English.
  • Able to speak and write in Mandarin for Customer Service dealing with customers in Mandarin spoken countries).
  • Computer literate (Microsoft and Excel)
