Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Immigration & Mobility Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing Immigration and Mobility Solutions to clients by analyzing their needs and offering appropriate advice and support
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert guidance and support to clients on all aspects of Malaysia Immigration and Mobility, including Employment Pass, Dependent Pass & Professional Visit Pass
- Conduct research and analysis to stay updated on changes in Immigration policies and regulations
- Manage and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring that all communications are handled in a professional and timely manner
- Prepare and submit pass applications via ESD & MDEC portals.
- Liaise with relevant authorities and agencies to facilitate the processing of pass applications
- Maintain accurate records of client information, ensuring compliance with all relevant data protection and confidentiality regulations
- Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts in the industry to stay updated on best practices and new developments
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as HR, or Business Administration
- Minimum of 4 to 5 years of work experience as an Immigration & Mobility Consultant in Malaysia
- Excellent knowledge of Malaysian Immigration policies and regulations
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal, with proficiency in additional languages being an advantage
- A professional certification in immigration law or related field would be an added advantage
