ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Develop and execute comprehensive investor relations programs, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the investment community, including analysts, institutional investors, and shareholders.
- Prepare and communicate financial updates, earnings releases, and other relevant company information to analysts and investors.
- Organize investor meetings, roadshows, and conferences, including preparing presentation materials and managing logistics.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and shareholder inquiries to provide strategic insights to senior management.
- Collaborate closely with finance, legal, and communications teams to ensure consistency and accuracy of financial communications.
- Maintain an updated investor relations database and manage investor communications platforms.
- Oversee the production of annual reports, proxy statements, and other regulatory filings.
- Implement strategies to enhance the company's reputation and credibility within the investment community.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to investor relations.
QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor's Degree in accounting, Economics, finance, mathematics, statistic, investment, political science/economy or related discipline.
- At least 15 years working experience in the related field. Professional certification (e.g. CPA) preferred but not required
KNOWLEDGE
Deep understanding of financial markets including equity markets.
Knowledge of investor relations principles, strategies, and best practices.
Familiarity with corporate finance principles and capital markets.
SKILL
Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to distill complex financial information into clear, concise messages.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with investor relations management software is a plus.
