Qualifications:

  • Minimum Degree/ Diploma in Purchasing Management or Basic Degree in
    any field.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in purchasing activities in a
    manufacturing environment.

Job Descriptions:

  • Assist and support the Assistant Procurement Manager or Procurement
    Manager in sourcing suppliers and contractors, negotiating optimal costs to
    maximize company margins.
  • Monitor internal sales and production to proactively plan purchases, including
    raw materials, equipment, machinery, and maintenance parts.
  • Collaborate with multiple vendors, assessing and selecting the best options
    based on factors such as price, quality, delivery speed, and other relevant
    criteria.
  • Analyze pricing trends and market demands to determine the best timing and
    cost-effective purchasing decisions.
  • Work closely with the logistics team to ensure accurate and timely purchase
    order conversion for transporters and shipping agents.
  • Ensure all suppliers and service providers meet the company's product
    specifications, quality, and reliability standards.
  • Conduct annual supplier performance evaluations.
  • Address and resolve any supplier-related issues concerning logistics, product
    specifications, and quality.
  • Coordinate with the Finance Department to forecast purchasing cash flow
    requirements.
  • To compile monthly purchasing report and shipment report for management.
  • Participate in ISO 9001 audits.
  • Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the superior.
