Job Overview

Our Client is seeking for an experience Senior HR Exec responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. In addition also support organizational development and handle various administrative tasks related to human resources.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding.
  • Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all labor law regulations.
  • Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand
    their job responsibilities.
  • Create a compensation strategy for all employees based on market research and pay surveys.
  • Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently.
  • Support and suggest improvements to the entire recruitment process
  • Host in-house recruitment events
  • Discuss employees career development paths with managers
  • Monitor HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates and cost-per-hire)
  • Maintain company organization charts and employee directory.
  • Conduct performance and salary reviews.
  • Provide support and guidance to HR staff.
  • Design and implement employee retention strategies.
  • Overlook CPD application and process.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Bachelors degree in human resource management.
  • Working experience: Minimum 5 years experience in human resource management preferably related to
    healthcare or hospital environment.
  • Good communication skills - written and verbal.
  • Good computer proficiency, especially in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Knowledge of a broad range of human resource strategies and practices.
  • Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Software (including payroll systems and ATS).
