Job Overview

As a Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for daily customer service operations, delivering high-quality service according to our client's requirements. 

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Respond to customer inquiries via email, message, and call, covering topics such as overseas visa applications for employees, onboarding and offboarding processes, reimbursement procedures, and local employment policies aboard.
  2. Coordinate with relevant teams to follow up and resolve customer issues, ensuring customer satisfaction with our solutions.
  3. Accurately and promptly record and track cases to achieve relevant service performance metrics.
  4. Provide high quality service to recruit, maintain, and manage customers, ensuring the achievement of service and sales goals.
  5. Adhere to global guidelines, comply with service processes, and improve service efficiency and convenience.

Requirement

  1. Bachelors degree or above, with 1-2 years of customer service experience.
  2. Proficient in both Chinese and English (written and spoken).
  3. Strong MSOffice skills: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  4. Customer-oriented mindset and excellent execution capabilities.
  5. Strong multitasking abilities and self-learning capability.
