Job Overview:

Our Client is seeking for an HR Assistant to support various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing, training coordination, and performance management implementation. Additionally, it includes maintaining employee records, monitoring HR metrics, assisting in policy development, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations while addressing employee concerns and facilitating Continuous Professional Development (CPD) processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, scheduling interviews, and supporting onboarding activities.
  • Maintaining and updating job descriptions to ensure compliance with labor law regulations.
  • Coordinating training sessions and maintaining training materials to support employee development.
  • Assisting in the preparation and processing of payroll.
  • Supporting the implementation of performance management programs.
  • Assisting in maintaining employee records and updating the employee directory.
  • Monitoring and reporting basic HR metrics, such as attendance and turnover rates.
  • Supporting the organization and hosting of recruitment events.
  • Providing administrative support for performance and salary reviews.
  • Assisting in the preparation and distribution of HR policies and ensuring consistent application.
  • Assisting in the organization of Continuous Professional Development (CPD) applications and processes.
  • Responding to employee queries regarding HR-related concerns and escalating issues when necessary.
  • Overlook CPD application and process.


Requirements:

  • Qualification: Diploma in human resource management.
  • Working experience: Minimum 2 years experience in human resource management preferably related to healthcare or hospital environment.
  • Good communication skills - written and verbal.
  • Good computer proficiency, especially in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Knowledge of a broad range of human resource strategies and practices.
  • Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Software (including payroll systems and ATS)
