HR Manager (Generalist)

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated HR Manager (Generalist) to join our client team in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. The HR Manager will play a critical role in managing all aspects of human resources for the company, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and supporting the employees to achieve their highest potential.

Qualifications And Experience:

• Applicants must be willing to work in Petaling Jaya, Selangor;
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
• Minimum of 5 years proven experience as an HR manager or relevant role & must possess a thorough knowledge of HR principles and best practices;
• Experience in the legal industry is a plus;
• Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations & excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Excellent leadership, teamwork, problem-solving skills, confidence, honesty, respect, and trustworthiness;
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees and maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information;
• Great organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure in meeting deadlines, systematic and able to work independently as well as part of a team with a positive attitude; and
• Tech-savvy and familiarity with Google applications would be an advantage.
