Telesales Executive

Our Client is seeking for a skilled and experienced Telesales Exec who will assist new customers on the services provided, as well as providing support to sales team.

Responsibilities:

• Obtaining new customers who have contacted us overnight who have given us
  their basic details as they are looking to sell their car.
• Chasing up customers who we have requested additional information from but
  they have still not supplied.
• Contacting potential Partners who make an inquiry.
• Providing support to our sales team if they need some help in arranging
  appointments etc.

Requirements

• Minimum 1years work experience
• We are seeking candidates proficient in English and Mandarin to effectively  communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients
• Good organization skills
• Computer literate
• Self-motivated and customer service oriented
• Good attention to details
