Our Client specializes in providing integrated logistics services, including freight forwarding, supply chain management, and contract logistics. They seek a candidate with expertise in Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) to design and implement solutions that enhance business processes and efficiency. 

Job description:

  • Collaborate with the Operation Team to define business strategy and objectives that can be supported and enhanced.
  • Design and develop Power Platform solutions (Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate) to meet business requirements.
  • Ensure that solutions are scalable, maintainable, and secure.
  • Analyse current business processes and identify opportunities for automation and improvement using Power Platform tools.
  • Develop and implement streamlined workflows and applications to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Work closely with business units to gather requirements and understand pain points.
  • Strong presentation skills and able to articulate, communicate and present to multiple stakeholders.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to ensure stakeholders are proficient in deliverable tools.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation in business processes.
  • Manage data consistency and quality across different platforms.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in business administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in business architecture, warehousing, digitization, innovation solutioning, or related roles.
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, VBA, etc.)
  • Lean Six Sigma and Business Analytics qualification will have added advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in designing and developing Power Platform solutions.
  • Positive mindset, team player and high desire for learning.
  • Self-starter, resourceful and innovative.
  • Adaptable to fast moving working environment.
