Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to drive the growth of our Employer of Record (EoR) services. This role will focus on client acquisition, market expansion in Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam, and leading rebranding initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the EoR industry, exceptional business development skills, and a proven ability to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand our EoR client base across Southeast Asia.
- Identify, engage, and onboard new clients and partners in the targeted markets.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to secure high-value contracts.
Market Expansion:
- Conduct market research to assess trends, opportunities, and competitors in Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam.
- Work closely with internal teams to tailor services and operations to meet market-specific requirements.
- Ensure full compliance with local regulations when expanding into new markets.
Rebranding Initiatives:
- Lead and coordinate rebranding efforts for EoR services, ensuring alignment with the companys vision and business objectives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to strengthen brand visibility and positioning in key markets.
Collaboration & Reporting:
- Work cross-functionally with teams across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Legal to ensure seamless market entry and client management.
- Prepare and present regular reports on market performance, client acquisition, and key project milestones to senior management.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years experience in the EoR industry, with strong expertise in HR, compliance, and payroll outsourcing solutions.
- Proven success in business development and sales, with a strong track record of driving revenue growth in new markets.
- Experience in expanding businesses within Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand, or Vietnam is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in Blockchain or Fintech Compliance would be an advantage.
- Willingness to travel regionally as required.
