Our client, a group of accounting professionals operating across Japan and Asia, specializes in consulting, tax, audit, advisory services, M&A, visa support, and establishing local internal controls. seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Outsource Administrative Support professional to provide comprehensive administrative assistance. The role involves managing filing systems, preparing reports, handling payments, liaising with authorities, and performing other support tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Administrative Support:
    • Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to ensure smooth operations.
  2. File Management:
    • Maintain and organize physical and electronic filing systems.
  3. Reporting:
    • Prepare accurate sales reports as required.
  4. Payment Processing:
    • Handle online banking payments efficiently and securely.
  5. Regulatory Submissions:
    • Submit documents to SSM, EPF, SOCSO, DBKL, and other authorities as needed.
  6. Bank Liaison:
    • Coordinate with banks to prepare and submit documents for opening bank accounts.
  7. Ad-Hoc Tasks:
    • Perform any additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Prior experience in administrative support is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and online banking systems.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
