MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Makes decisions about what a store or chain purchases and helps negotiate the cost of the goods for the store.
- Determine the price that the store sells the goods for in order to make a profit.
- To develop customer wants based on attractive assortment and pricing.
- To set department budget and manage for GP, Inventory ad sales to achieve it.
- Promotion planning (weekly and monthly).
- Research, analyst and interpret market trends, data and translate it into sales.
- Accurately forecast and manage products levels.
- Communicate and maintain strong working relationships with purchasing/buyers.
- Make good relationships with suppliers on win-win situation
REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Degree in Business / marketing or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of working experience in related field.
- Good command of MS Office (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Able to thrive in high-stress and fast-paced environment.
- Good communications in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
- Data analytical skills.
- Commercial sense and good negotiation abilities.
