Senior Finance Executive

Job Summary:
The Senior Finance Executive will oversee financial planning and management for the group of companies. This includes strategic financial analysis, budgeting, and ensuring compliance across marine, logistics, and telco divisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consolidate and analyze group-wide financial reports.
• Manage cash flow, forecasts, and financial modelling.
• Oversee tax planning, audits, and treasury management.
• Provide financial insights for investment and expansion projects.
• Guide junior finance staff and ensure adherence to company policies.

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance/Accounting.
• Minimum 5 years experience in finance, preferably with multi-sector exposure.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
• Fluency in Mandarin is mandatory.
• Excellent leadership and reporting skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in transport/logistics/telco financing.
• Familiarity with large-scale infrastructure projects.
