Drive Test Analyst

Job Description:

Our client are seeking a Drive Test Analyst (DTA) to support telco company projects in Malaysia. The candidate will analyze drive test data, identify issues, and prepare reports to support RF optimization.

Responsibilities:

1. Analyze drive test logs to detect coverage, interference, and quality issues.
2. Generate post-processing reports using standard tools.
3. Work with DTE and RF engineers to provide actionable insights.
4. Deliver accurate analysis and meet project deadlines.
5. Ensure all reports comply with project requirements.

Requirements:

1. Bachelors degree in Telecommunications, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or equivalent.
2. At least 2 years of experience in drive test analysis.
3. Strong knowledge of LTE/5G KPIs and troubleshooting.
4. Proficiency in Genex Assistant and Nemo Analyze.
5. Attention to detail with good teamwork and reporting skills.
