About the role:
They are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager. You will be the vital link between game developers and our internal technical teams, ensuring that platform features and game integrations are delivered on time and to the highest standard across the SEA and Greater China markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Tracking:
- End-to-end monitoring of development progress for critical platform features, including Payment Gateways, SDKs, and Account Systems.
Game Onboarding:
- Act as the primary bridge between external developers and the internal tech team to ensure seamless game integration.
- Operational Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze key platform KPIs (DAU, ARPU, Retention) and prepare insightful reports to drive performance improvements.
Regional Localization:
- Coordinate and oversee L10n (localization) tasks specifically for the South East Asia market (MY, PH, TH), ensuring cultural relevance and quality control.
Job Requirements:
- Approximately 3+ years of professional experience in Game Operations, Platform Management, or a related Project Management role.
- Native or professional fluency in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken) is mandatory to facilitate effective communication with cross-border teams in TW, CN, and SEA.
- A solid understanding of platform ecosystems and mobile gaming trends.
- A strong "Finisher" mindset with a focus on regular progress updates, proactive learning, and meticulous attention to detail.
- An active player of mobile games who stays current with industry developments.
