About the Role

Our client is looking for an experienced, hands-on Marketing Specialist to own and drive our clients digital marketing across both the Malaysian and Saudi Arabian markets. This is an expert-level role for someone who can think strategically and execute — building marketing plans, running paid campaigns, growing our e-commerce presence, and planning campaigns and events well in advance.

Graphic design is handled in-house, so your focus is on strategy, planning, and execution: structuring landing pages, briefing the design team, and delivering a clear marketing roadmap. You'll be based in our Kuala Lumpur office, working Malaysian office hours while supporting Saudi market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive marketing plans and strategies aligned with business goals
  • Plan campaigns and events in advance, providing a clear marketing calendar and roadmap
  • Build, manage, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns
  • Lead SEO strategy — keyword research, on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
  • Plan and structure landing pages (design produced in-house) — define layout, copy direction, and conversion goals, then brief the design team
  • Manage and grow the Shopify store — product listings, promotions, and conversion optimization
  • Plan and run social media strategy and content across platforms
  • Track, analyze, and report on performance; continuously optimize for ROI

Requirements

  • Proven, expert-level experience as a Marketing Specialist or Digital Marketer
  • Strong working knowledge of SEO
  • Hands-on expertise with Meta Ads and Google Ads
  • Experience with Shopify and e-commerce marketing
  • Solid social media marketing experience
  • Ability to plan campaigns/events and produce structured, actionable marketing plans
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project-management skills
  • Comfortable working Malaysia office hours (9 AM – 6 PM) while supporting the Saudi market

Nice to Have

  • Arabic language proficiency
  • Familiarity with the Saudi Arabia / GCC / Middle East market and consumer culture
