• Working schedule: Rotational shift
• Salary range: Up to RM 10,100

Job responsibilities:

• Provide empathetic, accurate, and timely assistance to our community while resolving inquiries.
• Stay updated on social media products and community guidelines across various platforms.
• Make fair decisions and be motivated to support our community.
• Have good people skills and communicate well, with a focus on empathy.
• Prioritize whats best for our community while supporting social medias goals.
• Look into and address issues reported on social media, like account support requests and potential abusive content.

Job requirements:

• Strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in English (business level)
• Proficiency in Korean (native or non-native speaker)
