Digital Content Reviewer - Open to all nationalities (Japanese/Korean)

Job responsibilities:

• Review and moderate user-generated content including text, images, and videos to ensure compliance with community guidelines and policies.
• Identify and escalate potential issues related to inappropriate or harmful content.
• Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail while performing content moderation tasks.
• Provide feedback and suggestions to improve content moderation processes and tools.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and refine moderation policies.
• Stay updated on relevant industry trends and developments in content moderation.
• Monitor user activity and behavior to identify patterns of misuse or abuse.
• Respond to user inquiries and reports regarding content moderation issues.
• Participate in regular training sessions to stay informed about updates to policies and guidelines.

Job requirements:

• Proficiency in Japanese or Korean (both written and spoken).
• Degree in any field.
• Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
