Job Description:

Job responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement ecommerce strategies
  • Manage and oversee ecommerce operations, including website design and development, order fulfilment, and customer service
  • Identify areas of improvement and optimize performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and supply chain, to ensure seamless ecommerce operations
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
  • Develop and manage the ecommerce budget
  • Oversee the development and implementation of ecommerce marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and advertising
  • Drive ecommerce sales and revenue growth through effective merchandising and product assortment strategies
  • Manage relationships with ecommerce vendors and service providers

Job requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration or any relevant studies
  • Proficient in both Mandarin and English languages for business needs
  • Experience in setting up shops on e-commerce platforms
  • Experience in export business is a bonus
