Job responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies for advertising, promotions, and branding to boost brand awareness and performance.
  • Create annual sales plans and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  • Maintain accurate records of advertising, promotions, and related expenses; identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Provide analytics and insights to measure marketing activities effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with advertising, event management, and PR agencies to align campaigns with the corporate brand image.
  • Set standards for advertising and promotional materials; establish KPIs and targets.
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships for joint promotions and sponsorships.
  • Manage communication channels, including ATL, BTL, digital marketing, and OOH.
  • Oversee internal communications with tenants and external communications, media, and public relations.
  • Plan and secure promotional booths/spaces in line with the business model and corporate branding.
  • Understand tenants' business models for effective campaign execution.
  • Develop customer loyalty programs and work closely with other departments to ensure smooth activity execution.
  • Stay updated on trends and digital innovations in advertising and promotions.
  • Assist in managing the mall's creative and merchandising efforts; conceptualize high-standard visual displays.
  • Work with advertising agencies to create concepts for promotional materials.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and contractors on materials, costs, and schedules for mall decorations.
  • Maintain quality standards for visual displays, aligning with company policies and the mall's identity.
  • Oversee inventory of visual merchandising tools and materials; monitor setup and dismantling of displays to ensure compliance with promotional guidelines.
  • Develop innovative ideas and creative concepts to strengthen promotional efforts.

Job requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Job details:

  • Location: Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur
  • Salary range: RM3500-RM3800 + Travel Allowance calculate by formula + Mobile Allowance RM150
