Account Executive
About the job Account Executive
Job responsibilities:
- Responsible for the day-to-day operational matters of the accounts
- Cash in and cash out checking for daily and weekly.
- Performing transaction Key in and checking.
- Preparing documents for management account (Account Payable, Account Receivable, General Ledger, Management Account, Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet).
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of monthly closing of accounts.
- Monitor bank balance, cash flow position and fund placement.
- Assist in any ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.
- Answering queries and provide solution.
- Execute direct task from superior.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation regulations and other regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agent, bank and company secretary.
Job requirements:
- Degree in Accounting/Finance or other accounting related fields.
- Minimum requirement of capability in reviewing Full Set of Accounting (Account Payable, Account Receivable, General Ledger, Management Account, Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet); capable of working with Full Set of Accounting is also desired.
- Strong in double entry.
- 3 4 years of working experience.
- Familiar with Excel (Lookup Features), Word, Power point, SQL and relevant accounting system (Autocount, UBS, etc.)
- Capable to work independently with little supervisory.
- Good command of spoken & written in English & Malay.
- Analytical, resourceful, organized, meticulous, responsible, excellent problem solving skills and committed to meet tight deadlines.
- Self-motivated and has an organized working attitude.
- Immediate availability preferred.
