Job summary

We are seeking motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Success and Support Specialists. The ideal candidates will be proficient in Japanese (native or non-native) and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support for our global clients in various industries including social media, travel, reservations, and e-commerce.

Job responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries and issues via calls, emails, and messages to ensure first-contact resolution.
  • Technical Assistance: Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding product features and functionalities.
  • Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer issues promptly, escalating to higher levels when necessary.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance their experience and satisfaction.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
  • Training and Onboarding: Assist in onboarding new customers and provide training sessions to help them utilize the products effectively.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to company standards and procedures, participating in quality monitoring and feedback sessions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including development and product teams, to ensure customer feedback is integrated into product improvements.

Job requirements:

  • Language Proficiency: Native or non-native proficiency in Japanese. Fluency in English is also required.
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer support or a related field is preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Japanese and English.
  • Technical Aptitude: Ability to understand and explain technical concepts and product features.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing environments and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
