Job responsibilities:

Human Resources (HR)

  • Recruitment and Visa Acquisition: Develop recruitment strategies, manage hiring processes, and handle visa acquisitions.
  • Payroll and Benefits Management: Administer payroll and manage employee benefits programs.
  • Conducting Performance Reviews: Implement and conduct performance evaluations and identify training needs.
  • Planning Training Sessions: Organize and conduct employee training programs.
  • Managing Employee Handbooks: Develop and maintain employee handbooks, ensuring compliance with labor laws.

Administration

  • Strengthening Administrative Functions: Oversee office operations, improve administrative systems, and support organizational goals.
  • Organizational Governance: Implement governance frameworks and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Enhancing Employee Engagement: Develop engagement initiatives, conduct surveys, and organize team-building activities.
  • Strategy Planning and Execution: Assist in strategic planning, monitor progress, and align administrative functions with goals.
  • Communication: Facilitate communication between employees and management, organize meetings, and keep employees informed.

Accounting

  • Financial Management: Oversee financial operations, prepare budgets, and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage invoice processing, payments, and account reconciliations.
  • Payroll Administration: Collaborate with HR to manage payroll processes and maintain records.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare financial statements, provide analysis, and present reports to management.
  • Audit and Compliance: Coordinate audits, ensure compliance with financial policies, and maintain internal controls.

Job requirements:

  • Experience in Human Resource, Admin and Accounting (Basic)
  • More than 20 years of experience in the relevant field.
  • Holds a Bachelors degree in Human Resource, Admin, Business or any other relevant field.
  • Experience working with a Japanese company before is a plus (optional)
