Job responsibilities:

  • To lead & handle brand in achieving the business objectives for designated channels.
  • Developing strategies & plans for designated channels.
  • Periodically review of post-evaluation of the past activities & areas for improvement.
  • To work closely with the sales team in translating the plans into execution.
  • Develop & recommend channel strategy in line with category development and brand plans.
  • Develop focused trade strategies for categories in each key account and trade channel.
  • Category analysis and data analytics to identify distribution gaps, and channel development opportunities in the assigned categories and brand portfolio.
  • Ensure full understanding of changing trade dynamics and development in the FMCG industry to propose effective channel & sales strategies.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of trade promotions and make recommendations for future promotions.

Job requirements:

  • Possess a Degree/Diploma in Marketing or Business Administration.
  • Min 2 years experience in Trade Marketing in FMCG industry.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).
  • Proficient in English & Bahasa Malaysia, verbal and written. Able to speak Chinese / Mandarin will be an added advantage.
