Field Service Engineer (Home Based in Penang)

Our well-established client is an MNC semiconductor machine manufacturer. They are looking for a dynamic and result oriented candidate to fill their current job opening of Field Service Engineer (Home Based in Penang).

Job responsibilities:

• Install, service, and maintain equipment's condition to ensure good and stable in production.
• Conduct training for customer.
• Ensure customer satisfaction towards the equipment performance.
• Provide overview updates on machine condition and situation after site visit and follow up on customer feedback.
• Provide feedback on the status of equipment to the customer after providing any kinds of support.
• Other tasks assigned by superior.

Job requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Degree holder in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Mechatronic/Electromechanical engineering or equivalent.
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferable experienced in semiconductor machinery servicing environment (die sorter, pick & place process, vision inspection, robot handling).
• Experienced in machinery servicing environment.
• May need to travel for overseas assignment in short notice.
• Candidate must be willing to be based in Penang, support Northern region and willing travel to overseas to attend training and support overseas client.
• Candidate must be willing to stationed temporary in Melaka manufacturing plant until the project fully kicked start in Penang.
